Booking Hours

Online bookings accepted between 9:01 AM and 11:59 PM. Portal is closed from 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM daily.

Effective Immediately

ID Proof Required

All guests must upload a valid Aadhaar Card, Voter ID or PAN Card at the time of booking. Original to be presented on check-in.

Mandatory Rule

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is applicable. Refund processed after verification post check-out through the municipality office.

Policy Update

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be requested through the official portal. Refund eligibility depends on timing as per municipality policy.
