Important Notices & Rules

Please read the following guidelines before making a booking at the Holiday Home.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: 10:00 AM  |  Check-out: 9:00 AM. Please adhere to the timings to avoid additional charges.

Effective Immediately

ID Proof Required

All guests must upload a valid Aadhaar Card, Voter ID or PAN Card at the time of booking. Original to be presented on check-in.

Mandatory Rule

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before 7 days: 20% deducted, balance refunded within 21 days. Within 1–7 days: No refund. GST paid is non-refundable in all cases.

Loud music systems and fireworks are strictly forbidden on the premises. Any unlawful activity will be penalized by the Municipal authority.

All bookings subject to 18% GST (exclusive) as per government rates. Rates effective from 01.03.2026.

Driver Room Policy

Only one driver room shall be allowed per booking. Entry fee of ₹10/- per person applicable as per Digha-Shankarpur Development Authority rules.
