This Shipping/Delivery Policy applies to all property booking services offered on our platform. Since we deal in digital confirmation and real estate-related bookings, there is no physical product or traditional shipping involved.
1. Booking Confirmation
Upon successful payment and booking submission, confirmation details will be delivered digitally to your registered email and/or displayed on your user dashboard. No physical documents will be shipped unless otherwise specified.
2. Turnaround Time
Booking confirmations are typically processed and delivered instantly. In some cases, manual verification may be required and can take up to 24–48 business hours.
3. Delivery Method
- Email confirmation with booking reference number and details.
- Downloadable booking receipt/invoice from your user account.
- Optional SMS alerts if mobile number is provided.
4. Delays
If you do not receive your confirmation within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team with your transaction ID for immediate assistance.
